Step 1 : Initial Inquiry


King Health offers a personalized primary care membership, to ensure all of your healthcare needs are met. Upon inquiry our intake coordinator will reach out to provide further details on membership options.


Step 2: Schedule a New Patient Consultation


Our members develop profound, personalized relationships with their physicians. This meeting is an opportunity for you to get to know your prospective physician and to gain an understanding of their background and philosophy of care.

Step 3

Complete the Comprehensive Wellness Exam

We get to know our patients on a very detailed level, which allows us to provide a personalized treatment plan and overall care approach. We provide our patients with a designated care team to efficiently manage and tailor a wellness plan to keep you healthy. Every annual exam is customized to the member’s needs; listed below are some of the exam components available to our members.
